Small diameter pipe whether located in industrial, commercial or residential applications can provide for challenging inspections. One of the remedies for this application is a small mini camera like what is offered on the 6mm push inspection camera system.
The fiberglass reinforced push rod is designed to be manually maneuvered into the inspection area. A full 100 feet of working length is available on the system and the innovative reel makes it easy to remove what you need to complete the inspection as well as to store the probe while not in use. The large 7-inch color screen allows you clearly see your inspection area and takes the guess work out of inspection activities. The micro push camera is illuminated with four white LED lights at the tip and the intensity can be controlled manually with the push of a button.
This Inspection Camera is waterproof Ip68 and many refer to this inspection system as a Plumbing Camera or a Snake Camera. The professional waterproof and heavy storage duty case makes it easy to transport and store. What is the value of this mini pipe inspection camera? This pipe camera can be used to directly observe the internal conditions of the pipeline, and then assist to facilitate the repair or cleaning of the inspection area. Pipe cameras can be used in a variety of pipe environments and pipe diameters and can help you identify debris, FOD or other blockages inside the pipe and detect the inside of the pipe faster and more accurately. The 6mm diameter pipe inspection is typically used in pipes up to 1 inch in diameter. Anything larger than 1 inch the small 6mm diameter may not be able to produce enough light for the inspection area and you’ll have to consider a system with a larger diameter and more illumination.
