Over the last two years, the world has seen wave after wave of the COVID-19 virus. First and foremost, we extend my sincerest sympathies to all those who have contracted the virus and have dealt with it among family and friends.
This pandemic has not only delivered a devastating blow to society and the world economy, but it has also completely changed our way of life and put pressure on industries around the world to adopt major structural reforms.
As we start into 2022, we see the borescope industry continuing to evolve to the required changes caused by the pandemic. Trade shows if not postponed will have safety precautions in place to ensure the health and well being of guest and exhibitors alike. USA Borescopes will continue to offer no charge / no obligation demos of our products as we are not currently performing any in person out of office demonstrations. We can also perform demonstrations over Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.
Although we have had personnel and or their family members infected by the virus, we are happy to report that they have removed well and have resumed normal activities. In our facility we strongly encourage good hygiene practices as well as the recommendation to Avoid the 3 C’s:
Spaces that are Closed, Crowded or involve Close contact.
Business operations have been painful at times, but there was good news, too. Our borescope products, our expertise, and our desire to succeed surely contributed to stemming the tide business interruptions for our customers. We promised employees there would be no job losses or salary cuts due to COVID-19 and we kept our word. We also promised employee health and safety would be our top priority.
We maintained an uninterrupted inventory of our borescopes and sewer camera systems, delivering products our inspection equipment to meet customer needs. We provided outstanding customer service, sometimes in amazingly creative ways.
We are incredibly proud of our professional staff. It was their sacrifices and hard work that delivered outstanding results in the most difficult circumstances many of us have ever experienced.
We also would like to thank our valued Customers and Suppliers for continuing to keep us abreast of your response to this evolving situation. We all share the common goal of keeping everyone healthy and safe.
